Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), the second generation of test tube baby technology, is developed on the basis
of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer, which is the generation of test tube baby. It is a technology that injects a
single sperm into the egg cytoplasm with the help of micro operation system to fertilize the egg, and then transplants
the sperm receiving egg back to the mother's uterus. It spans a series of steps such as sperm swimming, sperm egg
binding, acrosome reaction and so on, so as to improve the success rate of in vitro fertilization in severe
oligoasthenospermia. In recent years, it has been widely used in the treatment of male infertility, helping many male
friends solve the problem of fertility.
adapt:
1. Severe oligozoospermia, asthenospermia and teratospermia;
2. Irreversible obstructive azoospermia;
3.Spermatogenicdysfunction(excludinggeneticdefects), manifested as obstruction of vas deferens, but viable sperm were
found in testicular or epididymal puncture biopsy;
4. Male immune infertility, presence of antisperm antibodies, etc.:
5. Failure of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer for 3 or more times;
